促进大型企业医院转型社区卫生服务的发展

摘　　要：目的:促进大型企业医院转型社区卫生服务中心的发展。方法:问卷调查和访谈相结合。结果:大型企业医院有丰富的人力、物力资源和强大的企业经费保障,但转型社区卫生服务后还不能很好地适应角色转变,并发挥社区卫生服务应有的功能。结论:企业医院是我国丰富的卫生资源,转型社区卫生服务是大势所向。医院应抓住机遇,企业为其创造条件,政府实施正确引导,促其进一步发展,朝着维护企业职工及辖区广大居民健康而努力。Objective To stimulate development of transformed community health services of large enterprises. Methods Questionnaire investigation and interview were conducted. Results Large enterprises hospitals have abundant human and physical resources, great funding protection from the enterprises. However, after transforming into Community health services, these facilities can not adapt to the change of roles and perform should-be functions. Conclusion Enterprises hospitals are rich health resources in our country, whose transformation into community health services is the certain trend. The enterprises hospitals should take hold of the opportunity, the enterprises should create a good condition and the governments implement correct guidance to stimulate their development and target at protecting the health of the workers in the enterprises and a broad range of population in the community.
