摘　　要：介绍了基于插件的具有数据访问功能的C语言的快速可视化集成开发环境(IDE)的框架,此环境具有增设的可停靠的窗口、语法醒目、控件丰富的工具箱、向导的幕后代码开放功能,为C语言提供开发Windows和WEB应用程序的平台,可帮助初学者快速全面掌握C语言,降低程序开发人员的培养成本;编译器设计过程中力图使用面向过程语言解决面向对象问题.The framework of a quick and visible C language IDE with data accessing based on AddIn system is introduced in this paper. It has the increased functions whose windows can halt and berth freely, grammar is expressed obviously, the toolbox has abundant controls, codes are exoteric behind the pilots and so on. And it provides a platform of developing Windows and WEB applications which can help the beginners to grasp C language quickly and reduce the cost for training programmers. The process-oriented language is tried to use to solve the object-oriented problems during.designing the compiled language.
