中老年妇女更年期症状调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:为了解城市中老年女性更年期的生理和心理状况,为更年期保健食品的开发提供科学依据。方法:对南京市67例中老年女性志愿者进行问卷调查。问卷由基本资料部分、Kupperman评分表和抑郁自评量表(CES-D)组成。结果:Kupperman评分总体均分为(13.22±8.46)分,CES-D总体均分为(16.88±10.33)分,以骨关节痛、疲乏、心悸等躯体症状以及烦恼、睡眠障碍、注意障碍和情绪低沉等心理症状表现最为突出。结论:更年期症状是生理、心理两方面的,其发生率高低与年龄、职业和文化程度等因素有关。应加强更年期妇女保健,合理开发更年期妇女保健食品,改善更年期症状。Objective： To describe the condition of the physiology and mental state for climacteric females, and provide science basis for the development of the health food improving these symptoms. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 67 female volunteers whose age was more than 40 years in Nanjing. The questionnaire included the basic information of the volunteers, Kuppcrman＇s Scoring and Center for cpidcmiological studies depression （ CES - D） . Results： The average index of Kupperman＇s scoring and CES - D was 13. 22 ±8. 46 and 16. 88 ±10. 33 respectively. The investigation showed that the predominant physiological symptoms were bone joint pain, fatigue and cardiopalrnus, etc, and the predominant psychological symptoms were annoyance, dyssomnia, attention deficit disorder （ADD） and listlessness, etc. Conclusion： Menopausal Symptoms appear in physiology and mentality for female, which would be related to age, cultural level and occupation, etc. It is necessary to strengthen the health education and develop function food for preventing menopausal symptom.
