摘 要:本文主要介绍了在言语听觉康复中如何运用A-B实验设计法客观地进行康复效果评估和康复过程监控,并就临床中无法长期采集基线期数据问题提出了几种处理策略:①充分采集处理期数据,将处理期数据分为处理前期(B1)和处理后期(B2);②基线期数据集中采集,处理期数据分散采集;③利用假期时间收集数据,设计撤返实验B1(处理期1)—A(撤返期)—B2(处理期2),并说明了相应的数据处理方法。This paper provided a general review of single subject experiment (A-B design) with the application to the field of hearing and speech rehabilitation, including the assessment and monitoring of the effects of therapies. Several strategies were proposed to deal with the problem of chronically collecting baseline data in clinical practice: ① collecting the data of treatment periods, and dividing these data into early treatment period (B1) and late treatment period (B2) data; ② focusing on the collection of the data of the baseline period and separately collecting the data of the treatment period; ③ collecting data during the spare time and designing the withdrawal experiment B1 (treatment period 1)- A (withdrawal period)-B2( treatment period 2). Also, corresponding methods of data processing in clinical practice were provided.
