摘 要:在连续土壤水分变化过程中,研究了盆栽山桃(Amygdalus davidiana)、山杏(Armeniaca sibirica)、君迁子(Diospyros lotus)、板栗(Castanea mollissima)、花椒(Zanthoxylum bungeanum)2年生苗木的蒸腾速率随土壤水势和叶片水势的日周期变化和连日变化过程。研究结果表明:蒸腾速率和叶片水势与土壤水势呈显著和极显著性相关,蒸腾速率与环境因子只有山杏与光强呈显著性,其余均不显著。山杏蒸腾日进程为单峰曲线,板栗为双峰曲线,峰值出现的时间随干旱胁迫的加深由12:00向08:00提前且数值变小。测定期内(13 d),各供试苗木的日均蒸腾速率从高到低依次为:山杏(1.850 mmol.m-2s-1)、板栗(0.895 mmol.m-2s-1)、花椒(0.755 mmol.m-2s-1)、山桃(0.512 mmol.m-2s-1)、君迁子(0.459 mmol.m-2s-1)。The daily and diurnal transpiration fluctuation and it's relation with soil leaf water potential, and environmental factors of five 2-year-old plotted seedlings of A mygdalus davidiana, Armeniaca sibirica,Diospyros lotus,Castanea mollissima,Zanthoxylum bungeanum were studied.The results showed that the diurnal transpiration rate of A.sibirica showed a single apex curve,while C. mollissima showed a double-apices curve when drought stress got worse.Drought stressed tree's transpiration peak appeared much earlier and was lower than that in moisture soil condition.The average daily transpiration rates of A.sibirica, C.mollissima, Z.bungeanum, A.davidiana, D lotus in 13 days measurement werel.850, 0.895, 0.755, 0.512, 0.459mmol-m^-2s^-1, respectively.The correlations between leaf transpiration rate of all the tree species and soil and leaf water potential, and leaf transpiration rate of A.sibirica and solar radiation, and leaf water potential and soil water potential were significant.
