高效液相色谱法测定淫黄胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立淫黄胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ZorbaxSB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(25︰75,V/V),流速1.0mL/min;检测波长270nm。结果淫羊藿苷的进样量与其峰面积积分值在0.09984～0.59904μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.77%,RSD=1.77%(n=6)。结论本法简便可行,准确可靠,可用于淫黄胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of icariin in Yinhuang Capsules. Methods The HPLC assay was performed on a Zorbax SB-CIs column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-aquous （25 ： 75, V/V） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detective wavelength was 270 nm. Results A good linearity of icariin was obtained in the range of 0.099 84～0.599 04μg （r=0.999 8）. The average recovery was 97.77% and RSD was 1.77% （n =6）. The method is simple, feasible, accurate and reliable. It can be applied to the determination of icariin in Yinhuang Capsules.
