摘  要:目前市场对长轴类零件的需求量较大,长轴类零件的生产仍以锻造和楔横轧单楔方法为主,然而这两种生产方法各有缺点。楔横轧多楔同步轧制技术是一种先进的长轴类零件精密成形技术,它克服了上述两种生产方法的不足之处,优点独具。为推动我国楔横轧多楔同步轧制技术的发展,本文介绍了楔横轧多楔同步轧制技术的原理和特点,总结了在该领域的主要研究成果,分析和指出了该工艺的未来发展趋势。Currently, it has great demands of long axial parts in market. The main manufacturing methods of long axial parts are still of forging and single-wedge cross wedge rolling, which having some disadvantages respectively. Synchronous rolling with multi-wedge cross wedge rolling (MCWR) is an advanced technique in forming long axial parts, and it does not have disadvantages of the above two methods. In order to promote the technique of synchronous rolling with MCWR in China, the principle and characteristics are introduced and summarized in this paper of the synchronous rolling with MCWR, as well as the main research achievements in this field. And, the developing tendency is analyzed and proposed of the synchronous rolling with MCWR in future.
