棉花细胞核不育两型系在华南地区天然制种试验

摘  要:为了在华南地区利用细胞核不育两型系进行杂交棉天然制种,探索其合适的父母本比例,从而提高其制种产量,降低制种成本。通过设置不同的父母本行比试验:1∶5、1∶6、1∶7、1∶8、1∶9,研究行比对异交结铃率和单株产量的影响。试验结果显示,在供试各父母本行比中,父母本行比为1∶6的结铃率、单株产量最高。而父母本行比为1∶9的结铃率和单株产量最低。父母本行比为1∶6与1∶9的结铃率和单株产量的差异达到显著水平。This experiment was carried out to find out the best row number ratio of paternal parent to maternal parent in the southern of China, enhance the output of the hybrid seeds and reduce the cost of producing hybrid seeds under natural cross conditions by nuclear male sterile cotton in Zhanjlang. The boll set rate and yield per plant of nuclear male sterile cotton were determined under 5 row number ratios of paternal parent to maternal parent, that is 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/9 and 1/10 respectively. The results showed that when the row number ratio of the paternal parent to maternal parent was 1/6, both the boll set rate and the yield per plant were the highest, while the row number ratio of paternal to maternal parent was 1/9, both the boll set rate and the yield per plant were the lowest. The difference in boll set rate and yield per plant between 1/6 and 1/9 of row number ratin of was significant.
