摘　　要：通过介绍气化微油点火直接点燃煤粉的工作原理,分析气化微油点火技术在600MW超临界直流锅炉蒸汽吹管中的应用及其经济性,强调气化微油点火技术在调试过程中值得注意的问题。运行实践证明:气化微油点火技术的燃烧性能稳定,能实现机组冷热态启动及低负荷稳燃,节油效果明显,经济效益显著。This paper expounds the working principle of pulverized coal ignition technique with little gasified oil, analyzes the application and economical efficiency of this technique in the once-through boiler pipe blowing of a 600 MW supercritical unit, and points out the key problems of the technique in the commissioning. It is verified by practical operation that the technique has stable combustion performance and can realize cold/hot startup of units and steady combustion at low load. thus saving considerable oil and bringing remarkable economic benefits.
