普乐林注射液治疗心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察普乐林注射液（主要成分为葛根素）对心肌缺血的治疗及改善作用。方法：选择１０２例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者，应用普乐林注射液５０ｍｇ静滴治疗，每日１次，１０日为１个疗程。３０例患者治疗前后分别进行２４小时动态心电图检查，２０例患者治疗前后分别行运动平板试验检查。结果：治疗后显效１５例，有效６６例，总有效率为７９．４１％；治疗后３０例患者２４小时动态心电图ＳＴ段最大压低值明显减小〔治疗前为（２．９７±１．１６）ｍｍ，治疗后为（１．３４±０．８９）ｍｍ，Ｐ＜０．０１〕，２０例运动平板试验检查患者治疗后缺血型ＳＴ段改变出现时间明显延长〔治疗前为（３．７６±１．７８）分钟，治疗后为（５．８９±１．８７）分钟，Ｐ＜０．０１〕，治疗后缺血型ＳＴ段改变恢复时间缩短〔治疗前为（９．８６±１．３８）分钟，治疗后为（６．２７±１．４２）分钟，Ｐ＜０．０５〕。结论：普乐林注射液对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者有较好的治疗作用，并可增加患者的运动耐受性。Objective:To observe the effect of “pu le lin” injection,puerarin)on treating and improving myocardial ischemia.Methods:One hundred and two cases of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD) were treated with “pu le lin” injection 50 mg intravenously per day and 10 days as one therapy course.The Holter examination was made for 30 cases and exercise stress test was made for 20 cases before and after treatment.Results:Fifteen cases were improved significantly and 66 cases were improved after treatment.The total effective rate was 79 41%.The maximum STsegment depression of Holter was decreased obviously (2 97±1 16)mm to (1 34±0 89)mm, P <0 01 ,the appearing time for ischemic STsegment change was delayed after treatment in exercise stress test (3 76±1 78)min to (5 89±1 87)min ,the restorative time of ischmic STsegment was shorten (9 86±1 38)min to (6 27±1 42)min, P <0 05 .Conclusions:There is a better therapeutic effect of “pu le lin” injection for patients with stable angina pectoris of CHD and it can enhance the movement tolerance.
