摘　　要：思想道德素质是现代人才素质的重要内容,是大学生应当具备的基本素质,做为培养高素质人才的高等院校,应当把大学生思想道德素质培养放在教育工作的重要位置。因此,在新时期下高校的思想政治工作者要准确把握当前大学生的思想特点,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,多方面促进大学生全面发展。The ideological and ethical standards are basic for college students, As a univer that cultivates high-quality personnel ,it must attach importance to the ideological and ethical standards of college students. Ideological and political education needs to enclose their idealistic characteristics and strengthes to enclose their idealistic characteristics and strengthens the politics education.
