摘　　要：居家养老是家庭养老与社会养老相结合的养老方式,对于减轻国家负担,弥补传统家庭养老的不足,具有重要的意义。我国城市的家庭养老问题十分突出,城市居民一般都享有社会保障以及我国城市社区服务的发展等,为实行居家养老奠定了基础。建立和完善居家养老关键在于发展社区养老服务,主要表现在日常生活、精神心理、医疗保健三方面。总之,搞好社区养老服务,大力发展居家养老,有助于我国城市养老事业的发展。Multiple support of old age is a combination of family support and society support.It＇s significative for our country .The problem of old age support in China is inconsistent.The social security of urban denizen and community development are the base of muriple support of old age ,The key to building the mulriple support of old age is community service ,such as daily life, mentality ,medical care .In conclusion, community service and mulriple support of old age are helpful in China.
