油气产业发展对新疆区域经济的拉动效应分析

摘　　要：近十几年,新疆油气行业得到很大发展。但其发展对区域经济影响如何?通过对新疆油气行业的效应和产业波及效果的分析,认为:新疆油气行业投资对拉动地方经济增长影响有限;油气行业对其他行业需求影响较大,自身发展依托地方不足;行业辐射力较弱,没有形成有机的产业集群。新疆油气行业的发展没有相应地带动和促进区域经济发展。Oil-gas industry has developed greatly in more than a recent decade.But what is the influence of its development on the regional economy？ Through the analysis of industry effect,industry fluctuation and results of oil-gas industry in Xinjiang,it is hold that there is only limited pulling effect of oil-gas industry investment on the growth of regional economy;that oil-gas industry has the big influence on the requirements of other industries while its own development seldom depends on the local development;and that the pulling effect of oil-gas industry is so weak that no organic industrial cluster has been formed.Therefore,the development of oil-gas industry in Xinjiang has not brought along and promoted the regional development.
