摘　　要：文章介绍了正在实施的高炉入炉料计量数据自动采集系统的原理与应用。根据现有工控条件,从PLC或二级服务器读取槽下秤的实时称量数据;开发入炉料变料管理软件,由高炉工长完成称量数据与实际入炉料名称的匹配;经分类汇总、与质检项目的综合计算后,定时发送到主干网的ERP计质量系统中。本系统的实施,为实施净入炉料结算体系提供了技术支持和数据支撑。Principle and application of automatic acquisition system for charging measuring data of blast furnace are introduced. Based on existing industrial control condition, realtime weighing data of down-chute scale was read from PLC or level 2 server. Variable charging material management software was developed. Matching of weighing data with practical charging material name was completed by blast furnace chief. Through sorting and collecting, they were transmitled to measurement and quality system of ERP in main metwork. Operation of the system provides technical and data support for implement of accounting system of net charging materials.
