肺力咳合剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎75例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察肺力咳合剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎,中医辨证为痰热壅肺型咳嗽的疗效。方法将2005年2月至2007年5月门诊确诊为小儿支气管炎,中医辨证为痰热壅肺型咳嗽的147例患儿依据就诊先后时间随机分为两组。治疗组75例在抗感染基础上服用肺力咳合剂,对照组72例在抗感染的基础上服用甘草合剂,5d后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.00%,对照组总有效率80.56%,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论肺力咳合剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎,中医辨证为痰热壅肺型咳嗽疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Feilike Mixture for acute bronchitis in children （ cough belongs to accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lung）. Methods 147 cases were divided into the treatment group（75 cases） and the control group （72 cases）. The treatment group were taken Feilike Mixture on the basis of anti-infectious drugs, while the control group were taken Glycyrrhiza Mixture on the basis of anti-infectious drugs. Observed the curative effect after 5 days. Results The total rate in the treatment group was 92.00 % , that was 80.56 % in the control group. There was difference in two groups （P〈 0. 05 ）. Con- clusion It is worth spreading in clinic for the Feilike Mixture has better curative effects for acute bronchitis in children （ cough belongs to accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lung）.
