聚伞翠雀生物碱成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究聚伞翠雀根中生物碱成分。方法采用pH梯度洗脱及硅胶柱层析分离,应用光谱方法鉴定结构。结果从根中分得5个已知二萜生物碱:氨茴酰牛扁碱、牛扁碱、德尔塔生、DelsemineA和DelsemineB。结论5个化合物是首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To stud norditerpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Delphinium laxicymosum W.T. Wang. Method Compounds were isolated by pH gradient extraction and silica gels column chromatography, and structures are identified on the basis of Spectral data. Result Five known norditerpenoid alkaloids anthranoyllycoctonine （ 1 ） ,lycoctonine （ 2 ） ,deltatsine （ 3 ） ,delsemine A （ 4 ） and delsemine B（5 ） were isolated. Conclusion These compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
