摘 要:为了加强辽藁本资源的保护和扩大资源量、探讨辽藁本最佳栽培模式,在异地模拟自然环境条件下,研究了不同栽培模式对辽藁本生长特性和产量的影响。结果表明,在不同仿生栽培模式下,辽藁本株高、叶面积指数、分枝数和花序数等生育性状的变化规律相似,其中以模式1发育较迅速,其他模式随着光照强度的降低发育迟缓,发育量值随着光照强度的增加而增加;仿生栽培模式中光照强度有利于辽藁本植株生长和产量提高,以及挥发油的积累。综合分析认为,仿生栽培辽藁本方法可行,不仅可以利用闲置土地发展林下经济和立体开发资源,而且具有明显的生态效益和长远的经济效益。 In order to enforce the conservation of resources,expand quantity of the resources and the best cultrual model,the effects of the different cultrual models on the Ligusticum jeholense's vegetative characters and productions were studied on the conditions of allopatric simulation natural environments.The results show that:in the different bionic cultivation techniques cultrual models,the plants' plant height,leaf area index,stalk number,flower buds number and other vegetative characters have the similar changing law.The model 1 has the rapid growth speed.The development process of other emulational growth models is stunted with the decrease of luminousness.And the yield of Ligusticum jeholense shows the same change.At the similar soil fertility level,the illumination degrees have great significance on the plants'morphosis.The yield and volatile oil increase as the illumination intensity increases.In the higher illumination degree model,photosynthetic capacity and yield of plant increase.These improve the accumulation of the volatile oil.The main results were as follows:the method of the emulational growth of Ligusticum jeholense is available,which not only makes use of the soil sufficiently,develops the underwood economy and explores solid resource,but also demonstrates great ecological effect and long-range economic effect.
