摘  要:目前我国运行中的中小型电厂数量依然较大,这类电厂单机容量小、参数低、设备管理自动化程度较差,基本没有配备在线监测系统。为此设计了一套多通道在线状态监测系统,能够对电厂主要旋转机械设备进行轴瓦温度和振动监测。运行人员通过工控机在控制室内可以了解设备的运行情况,上级管理人员通过公司局域网也可以随时了解现场工作情况。该系统经济实用,能够提高中小型电厂自动化管理水平,保证设备安全运行,同时对一些厂矿的自备电厂也具有广泛的通用性。At present in China, there are still many middle and small power plants in operation. They have lower unit capacity, smaller parameter and lower equipment automation management, and basically don't have on-line mo nitoring system. But it is still the major event for such power plants to have safe and stable operation , and once having an accident they will have heavy losses. In view of this situation, this paper designs a multi-channel system which can on-line monitor the temperature and vibration of bushing on major rotary. Supervisors can know equipments'running conditions by process computers.And upper managers know field situation through LAN at any time. The system is economical and practical, and can improve middle and small power plants' equipments automation management level and guarantee the equipments long-term safe operation. Meanwhile it is universal in factories and mines'accessory power plants.
