摘  要:为了更深入地研究内循环(IC)厌氧反应器的启动条件,以某酒精生产企业的综合废水处理工程为研究对象,进行了IC反应器的启动研究,废水水质COD为11500mg/L;BOD5为6000mg/L;pH3.5~4.5。本次启动研究历时105d,启动完成并进入稳定运行期后,出水VFA的浓度在300mg乙酸/L以下、COD去除率95%以上、pH值保持在6.5~7.8。启动完成后反应器内部形成一定机械强度、沉淀性能良好、粒径为1~4mm的颗粒污泥。In order to know more about the start-up of IC reactor, the treatment project of alcohol and starch synthetic waste water in an enterprise was used as research object. The waste water quality was as follows: COD, 11500 mg/L; BODs, 6000 mg/L; and pH 3.5-4.5. The start-up testing lasted 105 d. After the operation oflC reactor was stable, VFA concentration of the discharging water was lower than 300 mg acetic acid / L, the removal rate of COD was above 95 %, and pH value kept at 6.5-7.8. After the start-up, the reactor had formed granular sludge (parameter as 1-4 mm) with good settling behavior and mechanical strength.
