摘 要:基于不满足约束的维修性冲突检测技术,从约束满足的角度,结合并行设计和协同设计进行。其维修性约束网络的一致性检测,通过选择区间传播算法与回溯搜索算法相结合的方式处理。其算法选取包括算法的是否可解、求解效率及其简易性等。求解问题含求解规模、是否要求最优解和精确解,及问题所构造的约束网络类型等。以某装备密封口盖的设计为例,其具体检测步骤包括:初始化解函数集合、初始化变量区间集合及传播运算。The maintainability conflict detection technology is studied from the view of constraint satisfaction problem and in the framework of concurrent design and collaborative design. Its maintainability constraint network consistency checking is carried on using the combination of interval propagation algorithm and backtracking search algorithm. Algorithms choosing factors include whether the current problem has a solution, solving efficiency and operation facility degree. Solving problems include operation scale, whether the current problem requests optimal solution and exact solution, and the style of constraint satisfaction problem. In the end, this paper proposed a design example of sealing cover, its material detection steps include: initialization solution functions set, initialization variable interval set and constraint propagation operation.
