摘　　要：目的:总结面中部复杂骨折的手术处理经验。方法:对54例面中部复杂骨折进行切口选择、手术复位、内固定及术后效果评价。结果:49例术后面容和功能恢复满意,3例恢复不理想,2例咬合关系欠佳。结论:面中部骨折手术较为复杂,只有合理的设计和精细的复位、固定,才能获得满意的治疗效果。Objective： To summarize the correction experiences of the complex midfacial region frac- tures. Method： 54 cases of surgical correction of the complex midfacial region fractures with open reduction and internal fixation were analyzed. Result： In 54 of 49 patients turned out to be recovered after surgery ;3 patients were not good with correction ;2 patient occlusive relations was not. Conclusion ：The surgical correction of the complex midfacial region fractures are complicated . We should pay attention to the preoperative and design.
