摘　　要：目的:探讨以脑损害为首发症状的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床特点及护理对策。方法:对10例以脑损害为首发症状的SLE患者进行其首发症状、临床表现、实验室检查、治疗、观察要点及护理过程进行分析,制定应对护理措施。结果:经应用激素、免疫抑制剂、对症治疗,密切观察病情,及时收集资料,采取相应有效的护理措施后均恢复良好,仅1例患者出院3个月后复发再次住院,无死亡病例。结论:以脑损害为首发症状的SLE早期诊断困难,对年轻女性不明原因的精神行为异常、癫痫、头痛、偏瘫等症状应仔细观察,通过全面细致的病情观察与应对,使以脑损害为首发症状的系统性红斑狼疮得到及时的治疗和症状的恢复。Objective： To investigate the clinical characters and nursing methods of systemic lupus ery- thematosus （ SLE） with brain damage as first symptom. Method： The frist symptom, clinical manifestations, experimental examination, treatment, nursing observation and process in 10 patients with SLE whose first symptom was brain damage were retrospectively analyzed. Result： By treatment with hormone and immunosuppressive agents, careful nursing observation and making effective nursing methods, Only one patient recured after three months other patients recovered well. Conclusion： It is difficult to make early diagnosis for the SLE with brain damage as first symptom, Careful observation is necessary for young women with such symptoms as mental and behavior disorders epilepsy headache and hemiparasis whose causes were unknown. Those SLE patients with brain damage as first symptoms were early treated and recovered well by careful clinical observation and makcion effective nursing methods.
