食管癌患者心理健康状况及相关因素的调查与护理对策

摘　　要：目的了解食管癌患者的心理健康状况及其相关因素,为实施心理护理提供依据。方法应用症状自评量表、社会支持评定量表、艾森克人格问卷和自行设计的调查表,对62例食管癌患者测评,调查数据应用SPSS 11.5软件包统计分析,影响食管癌患者心理健康的因素作Logistic回归分析。结果食管癌患者症状自评量表评定总分、总均分、阳性项目数和阳性项目均分均高于国内常模,提示食管癌患者的心理健康状况较差;回归分析表明,影响食管癌患者心理健康状况的主要因素为疼痛影响、担心经济费用、社会支持、艾森克人格问卷N分值。结论加强疼痛护理,提供良好的社会支持系统,加强健康教育,以提高患者心理健康水平。Objective To study the mental health condition for patients with esophageal cancer and related factors in order to offer evidence for mental health care. Methods Test 62 patients with esophageal cancer by Self- rating Syndrome Scale, Social Support Assessment Scale and self - designed questionnaire. The data was analyzed by SPSS11.5 and the influencing factors of mental health were given Logistic regression analysis. Result Patients＇ total score, average score, number of positive entry and average score of positive entry of Self- rating Syndrome Scale are all higher than country normal model, which indicate that the mental health condition of patients with esophagus cancer is poor. N value of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Logistic Regression analysis show that the main factors which influence patients＇ mental condition are pain, concerning of expense, and social support. Conclusion Enhancing pain control, offering social support, strengthening health education and improving patients＇ cognitive level can improve patients＇ mental health.
