中医处方古今用药探析

摘　　要：目的对《伤寒论》102首汤剂经典方与现代处方进行组方分析。方法随机抽取5061张门诊汤剂处方,计算它们的药物组成、用药味数、用量,并与《伤寒论》102首汤剂经典方比较。对其数据用SPSS 11.0软件做统计处理。结果现代处方的药味数及平均用药量、最大用药量均高于古方,有些药物用量还超过《中国药典》规定量。均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论与经方相比,现代处方用药味数、用药量均明显偏大,原因值得深入研究。Objective To analyze the compositions of the modern Chinese medicine prescriptions in our hospital and 102 classic prescriptions in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. Methods 5 061 Chinese medicine decoction prescriptions of the outpatient department in March 2006 were randomly selected. The composition of prescription, number of Chinese medicinal herbs and dosage of Chinese traditional medicine were compared with those of 102 prescriptions in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. The results were statically analyzed by software SPSS 11.0. Results The modern prescriptions in our hospital showed more Chinese medicinal herbs, higher average dosage and maximal dosage compared with the ancient prescriptions. The dosage of some Pharmacopoeia. There was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） between the medicinal herbs and the dosage in the modern prescription are more Chinese medicinal herbs exceeded the dosage stipulated in Chinese modern and ancient prescriptions. Conclusion The number of Chinese than those in the classic ancient prescriptions. The reasons are worth further study.
