大学生预防性病艾滋病健康教育的效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]对大学生进行性病艾滋病的健康教育,提高他们预防性病艾滋病知识水平和积极参与意识,使他们建立安全行为,主动做好性病艾滋病预防。[方法]2004年2月第一次在我校6个学院的部分学生进行了讲座,2005年3月～2006年6月分别对我校选修性病艾滋病预防教育课程的学生进行了授课,授课前后采用了现场问卷。[结果]通过连续两年半的健康教育干预,大学生对性病、艾滋病知识的知晓率普遍得到了提高:在15项问题中有7项达100%,其余均在98%以上。教育前后所有27道题中差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。有99.43%的大学生明确了正确使用安全套可避免和降低感染性病艾滋病病毒的危险性。[结论]在大学生中开展性病艾滋病健康教育效果显著。By giving college students health education about sexually transmitted diseases（STDs）and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS）,add to their knowledge and consciousness of active precaution against STDs and AIDS;to help them set up safe behavior and take precautions against STDs and AIDS.[Methods]Lectures were given to the students from six schools of our university in Feb,2004;classes were given to the students who had chosen Precaution Education of STDs and AIDS as their optional courses during March 2005 and June 2006,with questionnaire investigation before and after the courses.[Results]The awareness rate of STDs and AIDS among the students increased after health education for two years and a half：100% for 7 questions out of 15 questions,and 98% for the rest. The differences of awareness rate of the 27 questions before and after the education was significant（P﹤0.001）. 99.43% of the college students crystallized the idea that with proper use of condom,they could avoid or bring down the danger of infecting STDs and AIDS virus.[Conclusion]Health education on the precaution of STDs and AIDS in college students has prominent effect.
