摘　　要：[目的]探讨卫生系统中影响重庆市农村孕产妇保健服务的因素。[方法]采用定性研究方法,从卫生系统内部的因素如:资金、人力、设施设备、监督管理机制等方面探讨影响农村孕产妇保健的因素。[结果]县乡妇幼保健经费严重不足,主要采取以"临床养保健";妇幼人员缺乏,大多数医院没有专职保健人员,妇幼人员队伍不稳定,人员更换频繁;部分乡镇卫生院设备陈旧,没有能力添置或更新必要的设备;缺乏有效的奖惩激励机制,人员的积极性难以调动;与计生部门的沟通合作不够。[结论]建议政府加强对农村孕产妇保健的重视程度,加大对基层妇幼保健事业的投入。To explore the factors of health system influencing the quality of maternal health care in rural Chongqing.[Methods]Focus group discussion and in-depth interview were adopted to study the influencing factors such as funding,manpower,facilities,equipment,supervision and management and so on that influence maternal health care in rural areas.[Results]MCH funding was insufficient at township and county levels,hospitals had to support MCH by clinics;many hospotals lacked of human resources,for there was no full-time maternal health care workers,and MCH workers removed frequently in most hospitals;equipments in some township hospitals were dated;the enthusiasm of MCH workers couldn’t be mobilized due to lacking of effective encouraging system;communication and cooperation with the Family planning Department was inadequate.[Conclusion]It is imperative for the government to increase the fund investment to maternal health care affairs.
