急救人员工作紧张和心理健康状况的相关研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究急救人员心理健康状况及其与工作应激因素的关系,为临床心理干预提供理论依据。[方法]采用自评问卷的方式调查北京市120急救中心及三级综合医院急诊工作人员。[结果]急救工作人员心理健康状况与工作紧张程度、工作满意感和应对能力均有显著相关。不同的工作紧张因素对心理健康状况的影响存在高度显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。[结论]急救工作人员工作紧张因素和心理健康状况关系密切,重视急救人员的心理卫生状况,采取措施提高急救人员的心理素质是非常必要的。To study the relationship among mental health status and work stressors in emergency staffs,and provide theoretical basis for psychological intervention.[Methods]Cross-sectional study was conducted by self-reported questionnaires among emergency staffs in Peking.[Results]It was found that there was statistical relation between the mental health status and work stress,work satisfaction,and coping ability.There was statistical difference in the influnce on mental health of different work stressors （P﹤0.01 ）.[Conclusion]Work stress factors have close relationship to metal health status in emergency staffs. It is necessary to improve the mental health status of emergency staffs.
