现代结核病控制策略的特征性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨肺结核病人实施DOTS策略结核病控制的特征性,提高DOTS策略实施质量。[方法]在实施DOTS策略下,研究肺结核病人的基本状况、治疗、管理、效果及其评价等结核病控制的特征性。[结果]肺结核病人接受健康教育率为93%;涂阳肺结核病人全程督导管理率为96.4%,其治愈率为90.3%;总耐药率为21.1%,多耐药率为5.2%;分子流行病学分析,成簇率为70%,其中山东簇为22%;流行病学相关率(Epi-Link)为32.5%。[结论]结核病控制特征性模型的建立,为提高DOTS策略实施质量提供了决策性参考;分子流行病学分析可作为DOTS策略实施效果评价的客观指标。To probe a specialty of tuberculosis control under the implementation of DOTS,so as to improve a quality control for DOTS of tuberculosis.[Methods]To analyze a specialty of tuberculosis control about the basic information,treatment,management,results and its evaluation for the patients detected.[Results]During the period of a study of a specialty of tuberculosis control under the implementation of DOTS,the rate of received popular education of tuberculosis control is 93% of all patients,the rate of DOTS implementation is 96.4%,the cure rate is 90.3%,the total DR（drug resistance）rate and the MDR（multiple drug resistance ）rate are 21.1% and 5.2%,respectively. In terms of the MIRU examination,the cluster rate is 70%,of the Shandong cluster rate accounts for 22%;An epidemiology link rate is 32.5%.[Conclusion]To set up the model of a specialty of tuberculosis control,it may basically reflect the present status and be provided for improving a quality control for DOTS as main reference. The analysis of its molecular epidemiology may be thought an objec-tive indicator as the evaluation for implementation of DOTS.
