摘 要:[目的]了解延边地区警察人群高尿酸血症患病情况。[方法]将382例延边朝鲜族自治州公安局职工作为观察组;同时将100例健康人群作为对照组,应用日立7600-010生化分析仪检测其血清尿酸(UA)并进行对比分析。[结果]观察组检出高尿酸血症99例,患病率为25.9%,对照组则检出11例,患病率为11.0%,观察组明显高于对照组(χ2=10.01,P﹤0.01)。此外,观察组中朝鲜族与汉族的高尿酸血症患病率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),但男女以及部门间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]延边地区警察人群的高尿酸血症患病率明显高于普通人群,无民族差异,提示该人群应及早加强健康教育和其他预防措施。To study the prevalence of hyperuricaemia among the policeman in Yanbian city.[Methods]382 workers of Yanbian Public Security Bureau were selected as the observe group and 100 healthy subjects as the control group. The contents of uric acid (UA) in serum were measured by the Hitachi 7600-010 autoanalyzer .Then the results were analyzed contrastly.[Results]In the observe group,99 hyperuricaemia cases were detected,and the prevalence was 25.9%,while in the control group,11 cases were detected,with the prevalence of 11.0 %.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.01,P﹤0.01).In addition,there was no significant difference in the prevalence of hyperuricaemia between the Han nationality and the Korean nationality(P﹥0.05),but the differences in different sex and departments were significant(P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]The prevalence of hyperuricaemia among the policeman is obviously higher than the ordinary people in Yanbian City,and there is no national difference,which indicate that we should strengthen health education and other preventive measures.
