摘  要:[目的]评价彩色多普勒超声与X-线尿路平片和静脉尿路造影(IVP)在输尿管小结石诊断中的临床价值。[方法]对经排石证实、结石直径≤5mm的335例输尿管小结石患者的彩色多普勒超声、X-线尿路平片和静脉尿路造影的结果进行对比分析。[结果]在335例输尿管小结石患者中,超声检出304例有小结石,检出率90.75%,漏诊31例,占9.25%;尿路平片检出140例,检出率41.79%,漏诊195例,占58.21%。335例中有102例进行IVP检查,检出69例,检出率67.65%,漏诊33例,占32.35%。超声检出率明显高于IVP与尿路平片。超声检出的304例中,193例并发轻度肾积水,占63.49%;5例并发中度肾积水,占1.64%;106例无肾积水,占34.87%。[结论]彩色多普勒超声对输尿管小结石的检出率较尿路平片和IVP高,且无损伤、无痛苦、可重复和动态观察,具有重要的临床应用价值。To evaluate the clinic value of multicolor Doppler ultrasound and X-ray of KUB and intravenous pyelography (IVP)in the diagnosis of small ureteral calculus.[Methods]The results were compared of Multicolor Doppler ultrasound,X ray of KUB and IVP of 335 cases of small ureteral calculus with diameter less than 5 millimetrum which were confirmed by stones discharge.[Results]In the 335 cases with small ureteral calculus,304 cases were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and the detection rate was 90.75%.31 were missed diagnosed with the rate of 9.25%.140 cases were detected by X ray of KUB and the detection rate was 41.79%. 195 were missed diagnosed with the rate of 58.21%. 102 cases were undergone IVP and 69 were detected with the detection rate of 67.65%. 33 were missed diagnosed with the rate of 32.35%. The detection rate of multicolor Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of X-ray and IVP. Among the 304 cases,193 were with slight hydronephrosis,with the rate of 63.49%,5 cases were with moderate hydronephrosis,with the rate of 1.64%,and 106 cases had no hydronephrosis,with the rate of 34.87%.[Conclusion]Multicolor Doppler ultrasound has a higher detection rate to small Ureteral calculus than X-ray and IVP .It is non-traumatic,painless,reproducible,dynamic observable and has important clinic values.
