摘　　要：随着社会的老龄化,心力衰竭已成为一个严重威胁人类健康的公共问题。如何使受损心肌细胞再生引起了专家的广泛关注,最近十年来,大量动物实验证明干细胞移植能使心肌再生,一些临床研究已取得了令人瞩目的成就,给心力衰竭的治疗带来了广阔的前景。现主要介绍骨髓干细胞移植治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展。With the ageing of the population, heart failure has become a major public health problem. Many medical authorities are focusing on how to regenerate impaired myocardium. A decade of experiments on animals have shown that stem cell transplantation can repopulate injured myocardium. Some clinical experiments have also produced positive results. These studies present a broad base of research into the treatment of refractory heart failure. This article reviews progress in research into cell transplantation with bone marrow stem cell treatment of chronic heart failure.
