摘　　要：非对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)是一种内源性NO合酶的抑制物,它与血管内皮功能障碍密切相关。现就ADMA对内皮功能的影响和机制以及相关的治疗研究现状进行综述。Asymmetric dimethylarginine （ ADMA） is an endogenous inhibitor of nitric oxide synthases （ NOS） and related to vascular endothelial dysfunction. This article reviews the effects of ADMA on endothelial function and its mechanism and the research into related therapeutic procedures.
