中国三大都市圈利用外商直接投资的相对规模——市场经济体制转型以来的比较研究

摘　　要：本文采用联合国贸易和发展会议关于外商直接投资(FDI)的相对规模指标,测算了1992年我国市场经济体制转型以来,首都圈、长三角及珠三角这三大都市圈FDI流入量占固定资产形成总额的比例、FDI存量与GDP的比值、人均FDI流入量等利用FDI的相对规模水平,并与全国及世界水平进行了比较。研究表明,三大都市圈利用FDI的相对规模水平总体而言高于全国水平;以相对规模指标衡量,珠三角FDI在经济总量和投资中的地位较长三角和首都圈更为重要;与珠三角和长三角相比,首都圈FDI在其经济总量和投资中的地位尚不突出;在世界范围以人均FDI流入量考量,三大都市圈需进一步扩大利用FDI的规模。Adopting relative scale indicators of foreign direct investment （FDI） which advanced by United Nations Conference on trade and developt （UNCTAD） in the world investment report, this paper sures inward FDI FlOws as a Percentage of Gross Fixed Capital Formation , inward FDI stock as a percentage of GDP and FDI inflows per capita in Chinese three metropolitan regions , which means the capital circle region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta region, from the year 1992 , in which China has began its step to market economic system, and also compare with the national and the world level. The study shows that the relative scale level of FDI inflowing into the three Metropolitan regions is overall higher than the national level. Measuring with relative scale indicators, FDI plays a more important role in the whole economy and total investment in the Pearl River Delta region than it in the Yangtze River Delta region and the Capital circle region. In relation to total economic output and investment, FDI has not yet been clearly demonstrated the importance in the capital circle region when compared With the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta region. On a per capita FDI inflows considerations around the world, the three MetropOlitan regions need to further expand the Scale of FDI.
