摘　　要：近年来,云南省乡村旅游蓬勃开展,大力发展乡村旅游,是建设旅游支柱产业的需要,也是社会主义新农村建设的重要途径之一,但云南省的乡村旅游也存在缺乏总体规划和立法,行业管理、村级管理薄弱,利益分配不公等问题。结合社会主义新农村建设的五个方面工作任务,本文指出,应实施乡村旅游的专项规划和进行政策性扶持、建立健全利益分配机制,实施培训、引导、示范三大工程,实施乡村旅游生态保护系列项目,各级政府应推动和实现乡村旅游的科学管理、民主管理。During the recent years, Rural Tourism is flourishing in Yunnan;it is the necessary to develop Rural Tourism for constructing supporting tourism industry and new socialism country ,However.Rural Tonrism in Yunnan have a lot of current existed problems ,such as lack of overall plan and legislation ,weakuess of macroseopical control and microcosmic management ,unfair distribution and so on .According to the characteristies and mission of constructing new socialism country itself,the article put forward some solutions to improving feasibility of constructing new socialism country.which the government put special plan and support in practice ,perfect the mechanism of bcueficial distribution .implement three project of training ,guiding ,demonstration,bring Eco-protect item into execution .promote scientific and demoeratic management in Rural Tourism.
