摘  要:用环氧化合物与助反应剂配比不同的EN型多功能母料(EN-MFMB)制得了不同的PET/EN-MFMB增体系,研究了两种架桥剂配比对PET/EN-MFMB的化学结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着环氧化合物比例增加,PET/EN-MFMB中反应了的PET、PE、弹性体的比例提高;以环氧化合物与助反应剂4∶6的配比制的EN-MFMB增韧PET的效果最好,制得的PET/EN-MFMB中弹性体质量分数为7%时综合力学性能最佳:悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高到原料PET的4.54倍,拉伸屈服应力和弯曲弹性模量分别为原料PET的103%和99%。Different toughened systems of PET/EN-MFMB were prepared by making use of the type of EN multifunctional master batch (EN-MFMB), in which EN-MFMB had different mixture ratio of epoxy compounds and assistant reactant, and the effect of the compounding ratio of bridging agent on the chemical structure and mechanical properties of the PET/EN-MFMB was investigated. The results showed the proportion of acted PET, PE and elastomer increased with the increase of the composition of epoxy compound; the toughened PET by EN-MFMB was the best when epoxy compounds/assistant reactant ratio was 4:6, and when the elastomer mass fraction in the prepared PET/EN-MFMB was 7%, the overall mechanical properties of the PET/EN-MFMB were the optimum, among which the notched Izod impact strength was 4.54 times of that of PET, tensile strength at yield and flexural modulus were 103% and 99% of those of PET respectively.
