摘 要:20世纪80年代兴起的新公共管理运动推动了世界各国的行政改革,改革中的重点之一就是实行市场化模式,在政府工作中运用"顾客导向",使政府为公众提供更好的公共服务。近年来,我国政府改革步伐加快,新公共管理的理论被运用到改革实践中,市场化模式作为其重要的组成部分,也在改革实践中逐步推行。市场化模式的运用取得了一定的成绩,同时也出现了不少问题,这是改革过程中必须重视的。针对问题,应该充分考虑我国的实际情况和客观条件,把市场化模式与实际相结合,探索出符合我国实际情况的市场化模式,并在实践中加以应用,从而有效地推动政府改革,使公众得到更多更好的公共服务。The new public management movement that arose in 1980s impelled the administrative reform in various countries, and one of the key points in reform is to realize the market pattern and utilize the customer-oriented pattern in the work of government for providing the public with better public service. In recent years, our government sped up the reform, the new public management theory has been utilized in practice, and the market pattern has also been gradually carried out in the reform. The utilization of market pattern has obtained the certain achievements; simultaneously it also had many problems. In view of this problem, we should fully considerate our country's actual situation and circumstances, combine the market pattern with practice, explores the market pattern that accord the status of our country, applies it in practice, and thus effectively impels the reform of government, which provides more and better public service to the public.
