廊坊石油系统中老年人血脂、血糖、血尿酸、尿素氮检测分析

摘　　要：①目的探讨石油系统中老年人血脂、血糖、血尿酸，尿素氮的水平分类及分型特征、②方法收集2005年2473例调查资料（男/女=1663／813，年龄40～80岁），按我国“血脂异常防治建议”进行血脂分类及分型研究、③结果除老年组外，中年组和老年前期组TC，LDL-C，HDL-C及TG的均值基本部在合适水平范围内，老年前期组TC及TG都在不足合适水平的1／2，血糖、尿素氮随增龄变化明显年龄对血尿酸无影响。④结论廊坊石油系统中老年人高TC血症明显多于高TC血症，其中女性尤甚、血糖、尿素氮水平随年龄增长不断升高。各年龄段血尿酸水平基本稳定，不随年龄而变化。Objective To explore the sort and the character of blood lipid ,blood glucose, uric acid and urea nitrogen in middle and elder people among petroleum system. Methods The sort and the character of blood lipid of 2473 cases （ male/female = 166/83 ,age from 40 to 80 years old）were studied according to preventive suggestion of abnomlal sen, lipid in China. Results The values of TC, LDL -C,HDL- C and TG were normal level in middle and early elder group. The values of TC and TG; in early elder group were less than 1/2 normal level, which of bloom glucose and urea nitrogen were changed with age and uric acid was not changed with age. Conclusion The values of TC were higher than those of TG in Langfang petroleum system ,especially in female. The levels of blood glucose and urea nitrogen were increased with age while the level of uric acid was stahle at different age and was not changed with age.
