摘　　要：本文在对广州市白云区土地利用现状分析的基础上,结合当地社会经济发展的需求和有关规划控制指标,运用弹性规划的理论,建立灰色线性数学模型求解土地利用结构优化方案。最后,在充分考虑土地利用与社会、经济和生态三效益相互协调的情况下,通过综合比较选择最优方案,并在实施中取得了较为满意的效果。This paper, based on the present status of land utilizing in Baiyun district, Guangzhou city and combined with local economic development and some related planning indexes, by means of flexible planning, establishes a structural optimization of land utilization according to gray linear mathematical model, The author, in line with land utilizing and social, economic and ecological benefits, selects one optimized plan through comprehensive comparison and attains a satisfactory result during practice.
