摘 要:目的:为了加强心脏患者住院期间护理的连续性,减轻患者的住院期间的心理负担,手术室护士专心研究病例,认真分析患者的心理,耐心与患者交谈,详细介绍手术室的环境,有效地减轻患者对于手术的恐惧。方法:将210例心脏手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各105例,实验组根据患者不同的心理特点,进行相应的心理干预。结果:实验组通过心理干预,术中和术后的合作有较大的提高,较术前差异有显著性(p<0.01)。对照组差异无显著性(p>0.05)。结论:根据患者的特点,进行相应的心理干预,对于改变及稳定患者的心理行为有重要的辅助作用,并且可以提高手术室护士的工作效率。Objective To strengthen the heart patients hospitalized during the continuity of care, reduce the patients during hospitalization to the psychological burden, operating room nurses to concentrate on case studies, careful analysis of the mental patients, patients with patience and conversation, details of the operating room environment, an effective way to reduce patients for fear of surgery. Methods : 200 cases of cardiac surgery patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups of the 100 cases, According to the experimental group with a different psychological characteristics of the corresponding psychological intervention. Results : Group through psychological intervention, preoperative and postoperative cooperation on the larger increase, compared with pre-significant difference (p〈0.0i). The control group had no significant difference (p〉 0.05). Conclusion : According to the characteristics of patients, the corresponding psychological intervention, change and stability for patients with the psychological and behavioral important role in support and enhance the operating room nurses are working efficiency.
