摘　　要：叙述了图书馆组织文化建设的基本内涵,分析了长期以来影响图书馆持续创新的障碍因素,阐明了创新图书馆文化建设的切入点,并对培养创新型组织文化,推进图书馆持续创新,构建图书馆新形象提出了几点建议。This article summarizes the basic connotation of the library organization culture, analyzes the factors which prevent the library from innovating, and puts forward several proposals concerning cultivating culture of the innovative organization, stimulating the library to innovate continually, and improving the library image.
