摘　　要：通过对湖北某地区不同层级医疗机构患者就医行为进行调查,了解该地区农村患者首诊与转诊的医疗机构选择意向及当地农民对农村卫生事业发展的想法与期望,重点描述了新型农村合作医疗制度对当地农民就医行为产生的影响,分析其原因,并针对新型农村合作医疗的可持续发展和乡村两级医疗机构建设提出了相应的政策建议。Based on the survey of rural patients＇ medical - care - seeking behavior in an area of Hubei, the study probed the patients＇ behaviors and decisions in choosing medical services and their ideas on developing rural public health, then described the influences of NCMS on the local farmers. In view of sustainable development of NCMS and the construction of rural two -level medical organizations ,the authors put forward some corresponding policy proposals.
