摘  要:目的探讨不同亚型注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿视、听觉反应时的差异,为临床治疗提供科学指导。方法根据美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版(DSM-IV)诊断标准,将170例ADHD患儿分为3个亚型。采用计算机反应时测定方法,对不同亚型ADHD患儿进行视、听觉反应时各项指标的测定。结果不同亚型ADHD患儿视、听觉反应各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);其中多动或冲动为主型(HI)患儿视觉简单反应时(348.45±68.88)ms,视觉复杂反应时(482.55±76.80)ms,听觉反应时(297.94±70.42)ms,快于其他2型患儿,而反应错误率低于其他2型患儿;混合型(CT)患儿视、听觉反应时最慢,且反应错误率最高。结论临床医生应根据不同亚型ADHD患儿的认知特点,采取有针性的治疗方案。Objective To explore the difference of reaction time in different subtypes ADHD children, providing science guidance for the clinical treatment. Methods 170 cases ADHD children were divided into different subtypes according to DSM - Ⅳ standard of diagnoses for the doctor, using the computer reaction time test system to assess the visual and auditory reaction time in different subtypes ADHD children. Results The visual and auditory reaction time of different subtypes AD- HD children had obiviously differences ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), herein to reaction time of HI children [ ( 348.45 ± 68.88 ) ms) was the furthest soon ; visual, auditory reaction time was [ (482.55 ± 76.80) ms), [ (297.94 ± 70.42) ms) respectively reaction time of CT children was the furthest slow, and the errors rate of reaction time was the furthest high. Conclusion The clinical dorctor should set down a treatment precept bases to the neuropsychological characteristics in different subtypes AD- HD children.
