摘  要:目的探讨儿童发锰含量超标与儿童神经行为的关系。方法选取山西省太原市尖草坪区和清徐县3所小学,整群抽取4-5年级学生各200名儿童进行基本情况调查、WHO神经行为核心测试组合(NCTB)测试及头发中钙、铁、锌、锰含量的测定。结果经t检验,暴露组平均反应时间为(626.9±126.9)ms,明显高于非暴露组的(580.4±99.4)ms,(P〈0.01);暴露组数字译码(46.0±13.73),视觉记忆(7.0±1.7),目标追踪打点总数(186.4±51.5)的得分均明显低于非暴露组(50.3±19.5),(7.7±1.5),(198.8±58.1)(P均〈0.05)。暴露组儿童发锌和发锰含量(146.01±39.95),(2.67±2.42),明显高于非暴露组(136.52±38.18),(2.11±1.35)。经相关性分析,儿童发锰含量与正确反应次数呈显著负相关,发锰含量与错误反应次数、平均反应时间、最慢反应速度、反应时间的标准差均呈显著正相关(P均〈0.05)。结论儿童发锰含量与儿童神经行为呈显著相关。Objective To study the association between the exceed manganese content in hair and neurobehavior of the children. Methods Subjects came from three elementary schools in northern suburb of Taiyuan and Qingxu county. 200 children from 4- 5 grades were randomly selected in each area. Investigations included basic information of children, WHO Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery (NCTB) and the content of calcium, iron, zinc, manganese in hair. Results With t-test, the average reaction time of Simple-Reaction-Time in the exposure group (626.9 ± 126.9) was longer than that in the non-exposure group (580.4 ± 99.4)(P 〈 0.01), In Digit Symbol Test, Benton Visual Retention Test and the total of Pursuit Aiming Test Ⅱ, the exposure group [ (46.0 ± 13.73), (7.0 ± 1.7), ( 186.4 ± 51.5 ) ] were less than those in the non-exposure group [(50.3± 19.5), (7.7 ± 1.5), (198.8± 58.1)] (P 〈 0 05). The content of manganese and zinc content in the exposure group was more than the non-exposure group (P 〈 0.05). With the Spearman analyses, there was a negative correlation between the manganese content in hair and right reaction degree and there were positive correlations between the manganese content in hair and error reaction degree, average reaction time, the most slowly reaction time and the standard error of reaction time ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There was a significant association between the manganese content and the neurobehavior of children .
