摘 要:目的了解中学生艾滋病相关知识现况,探索在中学生中开展预防艾滋病有效干预模式及效果评价。方法对深圳市南山区15所中学进行基线调查,选择条件居中的4所中学实施艾滋病知识健康教育,对实施干预前后的944名学生情况进行比较。结果实施健康教育前被调查者艾滋病基本知识、传播知识和预防知识知晓率分别为58.76%,74.28%和64.79%,干预后分别上升至81.08%,91.15%和88.34%;艾滋病相关知识总分提高19.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论学校预防艾滋病健康教育可以帮助学生增强抵御艾滋病能力,综合性预防措施对于预防艾滋病有积极推动作用。Objective To collect the basic information about knowledge regarding AIDS of middle - school students, explore the effective intervention pattern and the effect appraisal of AIDS information education in middle - school students. Methods To collect 4 typical schools in 15 to which the investigation about baseline was done. A comparism was carried on among 944 students before and after their receiving the intervention. Results The rate of elementary knowledge, dissemination knowledge and prevention knowledge of AIDS before the health education respectively was 58.76%, 74.28% and 64.79 %, and rised to 81.08 %, 91.15 % and 88.34 % afterwards. The total score of knowledge regarding AIDS went up remarkably by 19.88 % (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The ability of students to prevent AIDS can be enhanced through health education at school, and a comprehensive preventive measure will have a positive effecrt on impelling AIDS prevention.
