摘　　要：公共领域一词是德国著名学者哈贝马斯首先提出来的，其形成与传播媒介的发展密不可分，传媒公共领域是市民参与民主生活的主渠道之一。对于还没有完全发育成熟的我国传媒公共领域不可避免地会出现有碍媒体传播安全的问题，为了保证我国传媒领域的健康发展，构建传媒公共领域传播安全机制，警惕“文化霸权”，已经提到国家文化安全的高度。The word of public sphere is raised by Germany famous scholars Habermas, its formation and transmission has close relation with media develop- ment. Media＇s public sphere is one of the main channel that civilian can participate the domestic life. But our country＇s not fully mature developed media＇s public sphere can still inevitably exist the problems of hindering the media safety transmission. Hens, in order to secure the healthy development of our country＇s media sphere and build the security system of media＇s public sphere transmission. Prevent the cultural hegemony has raised a high degree as country＇s culture security.
