摘　　要：介绍了软件质量控制平台(SQCP)的设计与实现技术。该平台以CMM/TSP/PSP为核心理论依据,是一个面向中小型软件企业的质量控制平台。它能够有效地提高开发效率,帮助企业改进软件过程。介绍了小组软件过程(TSP)的主要思想、平台的功能模块、系统架构、实现技术等。平台包括十一个功能模块,其中前八个功能是TSP中定义的八个核心过程脚本的具体实现,后三个功能是我们根据实际需要所做的扩充。系统设计采用三层结构,用Struts、Spring、Hibernate和FreeMarker等成熟的开发框架优化组合进行实现。The design and implementation of software quality control platform（SQCP） are discussed. SQCP is a software development support platform based on CMM/TSP/PSP,adapting to middle and small software enterprises. It could enhance the development efficiency effectively, and help enterprises to improve their capability of development. The basic theory and advantage of TSP are analyzed, and the function models, the architecture and the implementation techniques of the platform are described. The platform consists of eleven function models. The eight in front are the kernel functions in TSP, and another three are extended according to practical needs. The system is of three layers, and it is implemented by optimization and combination of mature developing frames, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Freemarker.
