摘　　要：针对公安工作移动性、突发性、紧急性等特点,开发了一款专门为公安干警配备的便于携带、使用简便又能解决实际问题的"现场查核系统"——公安移动警务交通管理系统,使公安干警在执勤过程中,现场核实各种证件的真伪,对可现场处理的问题现场处理,比如对驾驶员违法计分现场处理。该系统是利用计算机技术、数据库技术、无线通信技术,使一线干警随时随地可以取得所需要的有效资料,以及可以向公安数据服务中心传送数据、图片等信息。Considering the characteristics of police work, the wireless mobile police traffic control management system is developed. This system is convenient to carry, easy to use, and helpful for spot transaction solving. With it police can verify different kinds of certificates at the scene of the peccancy,and transact the problems which can be solved at the scene of action. This system employs computer technology,database technology, and wireless communication technology to get the information needed and send data or photo information to the database server center.
