摘　　要："第三物流"作为一个提高物资流通速度、节省仓储费用和资金在途费用的有效手段,正在引起各国的高度重视。文章在分析我国目前发展现状的基础上,提出了"资源整合、信息化管理、综合代理"等对策,以期对我国物流发展提供可行性借鉴。　All coutries attach importance to＂the third party logistics＂,because it can heighten the material circulation velocity and economize the expense of storate and transportation.The paper points out some countermeasures to solving the problems,such as＂resource conformity,information management,colligation surrogate＂.
