摘　　要：B2B作为电子商务的一种主流形式,已显示出独特的市场魅力,那么B2B电子商务的发展趋势究竟如何呢?论文首先从博弈均衡的角度对B2B电子商务的发展趋势进行理论上的推测,通过博弈模型分析得出,最终的均衡状态是所有的企业都使用B2B电子商务,但通过对B2B电子商务发展趋势的数理分析,得出这种均衡状态是比较理想化的,要想达到这种均衡,就要解决为数众多的中小企业开展B2B电子商务所面临的一系列困难。不过,这些困难会随着B2B电子商务市场的发展成熟、法律的不断完善和信用体系的建立等,而逐步得到解决。越来越多的中小企业会认为开展B2B电子商务是有必要和有价值的,从而最终会引发B2B电子商务的发展繁荣。　As a mainstream form,B2B E-business has demonstrated the unique charm of the market.Then,how the development trends of B2B E-business will be like？ In this paper,B2B E-business development trend is speculated using game equilibrium.Through the analysis of game modeling,the final equilibrium is that all enterprises will transact by B2B E-business.But through the analysis of B2B E-business development trend by the symbolic logic,this equilibrium is somewhat idealistic.Because if such equilibrium is to be achieved,the participation of a large number SMEs is necessary,but SMEs still face great difficulty to transact by B2B E-business.However,these difficultiy will be gradually resolved,with the development and mature of B2B E-business,the constant improvement of the law,the establishment of a credit system and so on.More and more SMEs will consider that B2B E-business is necessary and valuable,which ultimately leads to the development and prosperity of B2B E-business.
