摘 要:以二级处理水为原水,研究了pH值、离子强度、二价金属离子等水中环境条件以及有机物亲疏水性质对超滤膜过滤过程的影响。结果表明:(1)水中pH值较低或较高时,都会促使膜过滤前期通量的衰减,其中低pH值(pH为3)时,通量变化最大,而过滤后期衰减趋势均减慢并逐渐趋于平稳;(2)水中离子强度越大,膜通量的衰减越快,其衰减程度随着离子强度的增加而增加;(3)二价阳离子对膜污染有着显著的影响,它们所起的作用不仅仅是离子强度的影响,并且Ca2+离子对超滤过程的影响要大于Mg2+;(4)二级处理水中亲水性有机物含量略大于疏水性有机物,分别占总有机物的(以UV254计)57%和43%。亲水性和疏水性有机物的分子量分布总体上是相似的,主要是小分子有机物(分子量<2k)含量较多;(5)水中亲水性有机物是引起聚醚砜超滤膜污染的主要物质。Taking the secondary treated water as the raw water, the effect of the aqueous environmental conditions, such as pH value, ionic strength, two valent metal ions etc. and hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of organics, on UF process was studied. It was showed that: (1) lower or higher pH values would promote membrane flux decreasing in the early term ; in it, when pH was low value(pH3), flux changing got the maximum, while, in the later term of UF, the attenuating trend slowed down and trended to be stable gradually; (2) the greater the ionic strength in water, the faster the membrane flux attenuating; its attenuating degree increased with the increases of ionic strength; (3) two valent cation had marked effect on membrane fouling; not only they played a role in effect of ionic strength, but Ca^2+ ion had greater effect on UF process than Mg^2+; (4) hydrophilic organic content in the secondary treated water was slightly higher than hydrophobic; both accounted for 57% and 43% of total organics (based on UV 254) respectively.
